The band's career peaked in August 2008, wowing a crowd of 12,000 revelers in Liverpool at Mathew Street Festival, and even being mistaken by many for the real Coldplay! After having a year apart to pursue other projects, Viva La Coldplay have returned to recreate the complete anthology of Martin, Buckland, Berryman and Champion. A self-contained act with a formidable sound and lighting show at their disposal, the band can perform up to two hours worth of career-spanning material taking in key tracks such as Yellow, The Scientist, Viva La Vida and In My Place. They have also been known to surprise audiences with covers of fan-favourites such as Spies, A Rush of Blood to the Head and What If. This is a show that will delight both fans and novices alike.  Being able to combine Coldplay's energetic live performances with the layered sonic beauty of their recorded output is a tough task for any band, but Viva La Coldplay pull it off with consumate ease.
