Q. How do I search for an Act?
Our website has been specifically designed with you in mind and consequently we have put the emphasis on it being ‘user friendly’ making it easy for you to navigate and find exactly what you are looking for. Clear and concise information on an easy to view uncluttered design will hopefully help to give you an enjoyable stress free experience.
You can search for an Act in two different ways: Firstly, you can click on the coloured tabs for the type of act you are looking for and then work through the subcategories to find an act you are interested in or secondly, you can simply type an act name or keyword, i.e ABBA in the search bar at the top right of the page.
If you can´t find the Act you want, or would like some advice, you can pick up the phone and call us on 08453 888 798 and we will be happy to discuss your requirements with you or for general enquiries, you can complete the email form on the Contact Us/Enquiry page.
Q. How does the enquiry / booking system work?
When you have found an Act you are interested in, you can then view their profile page where you can see photos, listen to audio, watch video or youtube clips and read all about them and their previous experience. If you would then like to make an enquiry on this act, simply click on the yellow ´enquiry´ button and then complete and submit the form to us.
Once we have received the enquiry form, we will then confirm the availability and cost with the Act and send you a written quote by email often within 24 hours, however, this depends on the speed of response by the Act. If you are happy with the quote and would like to book them, we will need to take some further details from you i.e Name, Address, Performance Times etc, before issuing you with a firm contract . This contract will then need to be signed and returned to us along with the required booking fee/deposit to secure the Act and the balance will need to be paid 21 days prior to the date of engagement. Q. Why should I use an Agent rather than book direct?
Many people think that they can save money by booking an act directly, only to find that they have actually paid more. As a booking agent, we can often negotiate better fees and these savings can be passed on to you.
More importantly however, is the peace of mind that by booking through us we will do our utmost to ensure that your event goes without a hitch. In the unlikely event, however, that the artist booked has to cancel due to illness or other unforeseen circumstance, we will do everything in our power to find a suitable replacement, even if it is at the last minute.
