1. The featuring of Artistes on this website means that OK! Entertainments have the rights to book and represent these Artistes but does not necessarily mean that they have sole management.
2. All bookings made through OK! Entertainments shall be confirmed only on the completion of the contract and payment of a non-returnable deposit/booking fee. Acceptance of the contract and payment of the deposit/booking fee constitutes a Contract between the Client and the Artiste where no signatures are required by either party to bring it into force.
3. The balance of the Artistes fee will be due 21 days prior to the date of engagement, except where prior arrangements have been made with OK! Entertainments.
4. OK! Entertainments acts as an Employment / Business Agency for the purpose of any Contract.
5. Whilst every reasonable safeguard is assured, OK Entertainments is not responsible for non-fulfilment of the Contract by either party.
6. In the event of the contract being cancelled by the Client, the following cancellation fees will apply:

   a) 60 - 90 days prior to the date of the engagement, then 25% of the remaining balance will be due.
   b) 30 - 60 days prior to the date of the engagement, then 50% of the remaining balance will be due.
   c) Less than 30 days 100% of the remaining balance will be due.

   Please also note that cancellations must be sent by written email and an acknowledgement returned by OK Entertainments to be deemed acceptable. Cancellations will not be accepted by telephone.

7. The Artiste offers an assurance that he and all supporting Artistes, technical crew and other associates, will conduct themselves in a responsible and professional manner at all times, with due regard to venue rules and regulations.
8. All Artistes are advised to hold valid Public Liability Insurance covering the Engagement date and hold current electrical safety (PAT) testing documentation where applicable.
9. The Client agrees not to approach the Artiste directly to engage for further bookings. All future bookings are to be made via OK Entertainments for a period of 18 months from the date of engagement.
10. The Client is to provide a suitable performing area. Unless otherwise agreed, the Client must provide an electrical supply meeting or exceeding British Standards within 5 metres of the performance area, where electrical equipment is to be used as part of a performance.
11. Where the Artiste is expected to wear stage clothing or costumes, the hirer must provide suitable dressing room facilities.
12. The Client is responsible for providing adequate supervision and/or security at all times. In the event of unruly or threatening behaviour from any individual towards the Artiste, the Artiste is entitled to cease the performance and still be paid in full.
13. It is the Client´s responsibility to ensure that the venue has in place the correct entertainments license for the type of act that will be performing.
14. All Artistes are booked on an individual basis unless sold as a complete show.
